i'm trying to cce encode star wars, pal version.
bitrate viewer tells me :
dct type : field
pic structure : frame.
my question is then : is this interlaced or progressive?
or more particularly, in cce, should i check progressive frame or not?
thx,
Erwan
a dumb question :
when i needed to re encode a movie to fit it on a dvd-5,
i uses to lower the bitrate with rempeg.
but it would take about 30 hours (on a p3/600) and quality would not be that good under 75%.
so i decided to give cce a try, and there it takes me 5h, quality is awesome and file is way smaller than the one generated by rempeg !
i understand how rempeg works, but there with cce i'm quite lost !
what is the trick? for i dont seem to lower the bitrate ?
