Is there a way to not to use max average bitrate when encoding with tmpgenc??? I mean just use Max. bitrate and Minimum bitrate. If use with max average bitrate (default) there seems to be some loss of the quality and make the video a little blurry.
I did a comparison same setting using Tmpgenc and dvd2svcd tempgenc. and yes the video made by dvd2svcd is a little blurry.
CQ 95
Audio 224
Max bitrate 2496
Min bitrate 900
TS (-)
dc component of 10
Then for dvd2svcd max average is in default 2230
Can anyone help me how to temporary not use max average bitrate when encoding tmpgenc??
