How can I change the sector address for IFO Files...?

I am tring to make a DVD 9 through Gear DVD (Mastring Edition)

When I import Video_Ts folder into the project,

I got
"file cannot loded at the required adress (676) because the address is already occupied first available is 3746566

How can I change that address for correct one...

Basically you need to make a disc image and use Gear Pro to burn it.
