I have captured about 15 clips from an old 8mm video camera in 320x240 @ 15fps. They are all uncompressed avi files at the mo, and i want to convert them to mpeg1.
I tried to use TMPGEnc, and this converts the resolution of the output file to the 352x288 mpeg1 standard. If I want a 320x240 clip, then is a black border around the video.
I then tried AVI2MPG2, which allowed me to used 320x240, but messed up the framerate, and also wouldn't recognise the audio (captured as 11 KHz 16 bit mono).
Is there a way for me to create a 320x240 mpeg1 video from a source with 15fps?
Cheers for any advice, im a bit new to all this.
