Ahoy,
it's getting better and better! ;)
29.03.2002 23:45h MET
- Version 0.7.6
- Further necessary code cleanups and restructurations
- Added a nice picture for the about box, the size of the exe is 4x bigger now ;)
Follow the link in my signature to get it.
Ah, and please do me a favor:
Those wankers from mp4.com.pl link to my stuff directly. You may want to dDoS them or if you live in poland, just visit them with a pumpgun.
I may give up spreading my proggis if this open disrespect against me continues.
(while you're at that, do nasty things to members.home.net/john.18 as well...)
Anyhow, have fun with the new picture in the about box ;)
Best regards,
Koepi

And they are both offline
what about using upx .exe file compressor ??? its free you know
Koepi

Of course I know upx.
But I wonder if it really matters for a 160kb binary - it's small enough... with upx the memory management can get corruptet at highest compression level according to the documentation. As it only makes sense to use it with that level, there can get some problems introduced...
But we'll see.

U know, when u try to do a direct link to doom9's download sections files u get a errormsg that u are not allowed to dload? Now i don't know how one can do this but maybe somebody (doom9) knows?
Now i know im gonna sound like pain in the a$$, but what is MET time? Middle European Time? ain't the correct term CET, Central European Time?

Doom9 has implemented a referrer check.
That causes troubles with some versions of the internet explorer and with download helpers.
I'll need to implement that as well soon (even if it's no use to link directly to my binaries since they are updated very often and the links are outdated fast).
And yupp, MET is middle european time. Central europe is more appropiate for ukraine for example, but the time zones (GMT +1) should be the same...

How do you add offset to your soundtracks when creating an ogg media file?
The textboxes are greyed out - is this feature not yet available?
Koepi

When features are thought about but yet not functional they usually get disabled.
That's why the boxes are greyed out.

I wound up using BeSweet's audio delay feature to stick those extra milliseconds onto my audio tracks. Works fine.

My work is going on, but I finally have to get some sleep now, so it'll at least take me up to tomorrow morning.
OggMux will then be able to split the output file at a given value...
Just wanted to keep you informed what's going on :)
I managed to make the about-graphic a little smaller, so the 0.8.0 oggmux.exe is <100kb again then :)

Hi Koepi,
could it be that 0.7.6 "forgets" the title added to the movie? I've tried it 2 times, and the language/name of the movie is still "0" during playback, so I still have to resort to graphedit for a perfect release.
Could you please have a look? Thanks for this great tool in any case! :D

I believe that's the player's fault. If the player doesn't read that info, it will never be displayed...

Yes, I would also love to see that the title of the movie is formaly the "language" of the movie track.
could you please do this ?!? :)
greetings and thanks for your great work

Acaila: I set the video title as the "language" of the video stream, and it's being displayed correctly. Got to do that via graphedit so far, though. I think it would be very useful to do it this way ...

Tobias will add support for it in the DSF set.
I don't want to abuse the language tag for things that don't belong there.

Koepi
P.S.: can one of the mods please close this thread as 0.8.0 of OggMux is released? thanks! :)
