Need vstrip CL-parameters

Does somebody know the command line
parameters of vstrip. i really need them.

by the way:
is vstrip the right choice to get the AC3
streams out of an VOB?

if no, what's better?

i think it is the right choice, otherwise im doing bad stuff all the time.
