what is vstrip_css.dll?

hi, i installed gordian knot which comes with an old version of vstrip. so i downloaded the new vstrip and copied the files in the gordian knot directory.
but the new vstrip included a vstrip.dll which does not exist in the gordian knot directory. there is a vstrip_css.dll but such a files does not belong to the new vstrip.

so is it correct to delete the vstrip_css.dll in the gordian knot directory and just copy the new files in it?

i renamed the .dlls to match and built in a version check for people being adventurous enough to exchange the two between versions...
