I converted "Best in Show" with total sucess - used the latest version of DVD2SVCD; but when I tried to convert some "extras" (about 30 minutes of deleted scenes), -ripped directly from the DVD - the resulting VOB files had no audio:
--------------------------------------------------------
- 3/27/02 12:37:42 AM
- Free on drive G: 7505.94 mb
- AUDIO Extraction
--------------------------------------------------------
Audio1 delay: -128 ms
Audio2 delay: -128 ms
Audio stream 0 was not found!
Audio stream 1 was not found!
Audio extraction finished.

First attempt used Vstrip:

"Key found: C000000E12
--------------------------------------------------------
- 3/27/02 12:32:21 AM
- DVD to SVCD Conversion
- DVD2SVCD ver. 1.0.7 build 4
--------------------------------------------------------
Initializing
Initializing finished.

--------------------------------------------------------
- 3/27/02 12:32:23 AM
- Free on drive G: 8794.39 mb
- vStrip
--------------------------------------------------------
Preparing vobfiles to be ripped:
- I:\VIDEO_TS\Vts_02_1.vob
- I:\VIDEO_TS\Vts_02_2.vob

Saving the vStrip filelist:
- G:\SVCD\vStrip.lst

Executing vStrip. Commandline:
"F:\DVD2SVCD\vStrip\vStrip.exe" @"G:\SVCD\vStrip.lst" -i"G:\SVCD\Vts_02_0.ifo" -j1 -$1024 -p0 -o"G:\SVCD\Vts_02.vob"
--------------------------------------------------------
Then I tried SmartRipper (latest version) with the same results- no audio in the ripped file.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi gargoyle,

Audio stream 0 was not found!
Audio stream 1 was not found!
this is from your log. ;)

Usually the extra and bonus features and tracks have different languages than the main movie so you have to check in "Conversion" tab which audio streams are available and then you have to select those.

It seems you have made 2 languages as defaults that are not available in the bonus track - so you will not get any sound. Use the "Audio 1 Priority 2" and the "Audio 2 Priority 2" feature to specify a language that will be used if the first one is not available for this track. This is usually English for most of the extras on a DVD.

Greetings,
