Take a look at www.dvbpool.de (thanks to Tarnatos), select Stuff

Version 3.9.3 is the newest.

The Patch for Version 2.0 is :
Offset 0x2c262
change 68 03 to 70 00

deregister the filter (regsvr32 /u iviaudio.ax), copy the patched one over it and register the patched filter (regsvr32 /s iviaudio.ax).

This will disable the MP3-Playbackfunktion of the intervideo audio decoder.
