I was playing a VCD that I had burnt on my Pioneer DVD/LD player (DVL-919). Occasionally the pic would "tear" or go grainy. The process to create the VCD was:
DVDDecrypter to decrypt the DVD
FlasKMPEG to decode the files -> output = bbMPEG (all appropriate
settings for audio, video, etc.)
TMPGEnc use MPEG Tools to split the MPG file into to smaller
ones
Nero to burn the VCD (burnt at 20x - I mention this
because somewhere it said to try to keep to slower
speeds because resulting VCD might not play - didn't
say might have problems - also set TRACK AT ONCE, not
DISK AT ONCE)
Am I missing something or is this normal? (if you suggest that I select "AVI Output" please include how to get around "The selected AVI audio output samplerate is not equal to the output samplerate!" error and appropriate codecs.)
Thanks in advance ...
