cannot determine filetype

hi,

Vdub tells me "cannot determine filetype" if I wanna open an .avs file! what's wrong?

Hey..I thought that you're long enough here to know that this error is caused by badly installed avisynth (or not installed at all). So reinstall avisynth and your problem should be gone....

it wasnt my problem, but I should have think about that solution , right ;)

And make sure virtualdub proxy is uninstalled. Use AUXSETUP.EXE and then run the proxyoff.reg file....
