Changing Aspect Ratio After I have converted

Hi. I am using DVD2SVCD 1.0.7.4 and CCE. I was wondering if there were a way to change the aspect ratio after I have converted the dvd to svcd? I like the 4:3 format but my father likes the 16:9 Do i have to go through the whole process all over again to change the ratio or is there an easier way?

I haven't been able to find an easy way of changing the a/r. Maybe it's not just a number in the header. Maybe all encoding takes the a/r into acount.

A way that I use is the bicubic directshow filter found here at dooms.

I use shortcuts in my start meny to register/unregister whenever I have use for it. Having it permantently doesn't seem to be an option as there doesn't seem to be an easy way of turning it on and off.

edit: Doh! *slap forehead* I'm forgetting that you're playing SVDC on your stand-alone, right? In which case DS filters don't do you any good. Just for computer decoding ... sorry
