I have my own personal views about online piracy, but in essence I believe the only true criminals out there that deserve to be prosecuted are those that make money from the theft and exploitation of another's property.

This person was selling content that he had no right to....that in my mind is far worse than a person downloading a song or a movie for their own personal use (especially if that person would not have bought the movie or cd anyway).

But I am not trying to start another "piracy=evil" discussion....
