doing 2 cd rips.......bug!

Hi ppl, i´ve trying to make a movie (unforgiven) in 2 cd´s.......putting 1331200k in the desired size, but, after 4 times, the final file is 616 mb.......does anyone had this problem??

I´ve been using the latest Nic´s versions since 17032002 (17-20-23)....

Is the movie at maximum quality at 616 MB?

No, i did it to fit in a 700mb cd (675840+audio) and the quality is not so good......the movie is 2h 20min.......because of this, i been trying to do it for 2 cd´s.

Totally weird.

Could you have a look at the dbgview output, to see what the codec is doing? The overflow must be massive (500000000 or so).

Also, compare the very first line of output (average frame size blah blah) between the 600 MB attempt and the 1200 MB attempt.

-h, i really apreciate your help, but.............i´m newbie in this bussines, and i don´t understand a single word of what you said....sorry

I installed the nic´s codec, and left all parameters by default, except of course the desired size........if you don´t mind to explain "exactly" all the steps, i have no problem at all to make any test for you.....but please, be very expecific (don´t know if this word exist in english, he he)

I just put my post here to help nic with the feedback of his wonderful codec. But if i can help him more, no problem!!!
