DVD Decrypter and Artificial Intelligence

Hi
My PC locks up part way through decrypting AI and I have to reboot.
I've tried differnt operating systems XP and 98 and also smartripper v2.41 with the same result. Has anyone had any success with this film?
Any advice would be appreciated

Its probably a read error on the disc....one which your drive cannot skip over, and hence is hanging the system.

Try cleaning the disk. The DVD is no different than any other.

i was having the same problem with "Don't Say a Word", cleaned the disk, and now it works perfectly, go ahead and do that, it should work for you as well.
