I noticed an interesting issue.
When compressing with DivXPro5 in virtualdub last version (1.4.9), if I load the .avs file and use fast recompress, the encoded file shows 16bit if clicking with the right mouse in the windows property bar. But if I encode it using normal or full recompress, the file shows 24bit. I can't see any visual differences between the 2 files, althought they are different (tested using fc.exe). Is this only a "cosmetic" thing about the .avi information or it's a bug and the quality of the video is worse using fast recompress?
Sorry for my english and thanks in advance
