TMPGEnc settings for TV?

Hi all,
Im unsure which settings for Field Order, Source Aspect Ratio and Video Arrange Method I should use to burn the mpg-file on VCD's to watch them with my home DVD-Player over TV? The settings recommended in the DivX 2 mpg tutorial here at Doom9 or do you recommend other settings.

The only thing i ever change is the arrange method to : Full screen(Keep aspect ratio)
