Maestro Dual Layer

I want to tinker a bit with Dual Layer on Maestro, however the option for Dual Layer in the disk properties page is greyed out, even with the disc type set to DVD-Video. Am I missing something simple, or is it not enabled in some versions of Maestro?

I suppose the other possibility is that it's enabled on the fly when creating the image if required?

Never mind, after a bit of tinkering, I found it - the dual layer stuff has been moved out of Maestro's authoring environment to the premaster image-builder tool.
