Followed Guide, No Audio

I followed the divx5 guide and when I do the audio, the lame encoding takes 0 seconds and the mp3 file it 0 kb. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try starting the audio job again. That usually helps in my case :)

There's another solution for this, I think, but I can't remember what it was (I'm lazy and re-starting does the job for me, so...)

You didn't read step 0. You need to download the newest version of lame and install it. The version in GK doesn't support the --alt-preset option.

Run the GordianKnot Installer package, then run the GKnot latest update installer. ***then last but not least unpack lame.exe from the zipfile to your GKnot installation directory*** (normally c:\program files\gordian knot).

I don't know what's wrong in my case, though. I have the newest version of lame, but sometimes the first attempt results in an error message as well (filesize is zero). Restarting the audio job helps.

I read step 0 and I installed that version of lame in the beginning...
