Hello,

I'm sorry if this is such a newbie question. I currently have DVD2SVCD 1.0.7 build 1 installed. I would like to install build 4 but should I uninstall the old version first? Or does the upgrade install over it.

Read the DVD2SVCD FAQ and the Q + A. The answer is in there.

I would tell you outright, but you really should read them. There is very good info there. Trust me then 10 minutes it will take for you to read them will save you hours later on.
