Problem passing one chapter to another one

Hi, everyone

FAQs do not have the solution of my problem so don't kick me with your legs 8-)).
The problem is that my standalone Yamaha DVD-S510 playing a SVCD created with DVD2SVCD can not pass over one chapter to another and hangs up its axe until disconnection. SVCD is made according to Doom9's guides step by step and burnt with CDRWin 4.0A. Playback between chapters is great.

Moved since problems regarding the normal use of DVD2SVCD belong here. Not a flame.

Have you tried to make one without using chapters?
Yamaha players are not known for there great support of SVCD's.
It's wierd, but the cheaper the player the better it tends to support them.

On the DVD chapter pulldown have you tried the other types of chapters?

You may end up having to erase all the chapters from the cue file before you burn.
