OGG -> MP3 or .wav? [Archive]

Is there any way of changing an ogg audio stream back to a wav file. This can be done with mp3's. Or can this not be done?

Let me be more precise - I have a divx with ogg audio and i do not like it!. I want to extract the audio from the file and then rencode it to mp3 and then mux it back into .avi format. Can this be done?

You sure it is called - oggdecdrop and not Oggdrop XP? can not find oggdecdrop

Alternatively you may also use Tobias Vorbis DirectShowFilter ( tobias.everwicked.com ) and Graphedit with file writer.
