Homepage / Board with DivX / Xvid settings

I wonder, if there is a homepage / board (database) where you can find the settings from Divx5 / Xvid encodings for a movie. Maybe the professional guys in enconding let us know their settings for their "best quality" movies. :)

If he wants to do so, yes of course, why not (If I was searching for the easiest way to get DivX movies i just start edonkey)
But i would like to compare my settings in gknot with the settings of a "reference setting" (700mb, ogg audio, divx & xvid) for this movie , e.g. to see why they are using this filter or not, to get more experience and ask my questions in a newbie forum. But if the pro s want to keep their settings secret, no problem. It was just an idea.

LOL, I mean making good DVD backups is no rocket science... For instance if you use FairUse you can make very good looking backups wihtout knowing a thing ;-) . That's the reason why FairUse is my favorite tool :D .

Like Ookami said, quality is relative. What's good for one person could suck for another. And I did not mean to imply that we don't want to share our settings, it's just that I've seen too many questions of people who want a perfect rip without spending the time to learn. Your post seemed like one of those to me.

Anyways, if you have any specific questions about settings, feel free to ask in the appropriate forum (after reading the guides and searching around which most people don't do), but I don't know of any such site as you're looking for.
