What do you mean by "structure"?
You'll need to refer to the appropriate specification document (expensive).

read the whole xvid forum, by the time your done you'll know when and where I frames occur, you'll know the same for B frames, and you'll see how great the guys developing xvid are.

I found this the other day. I thought it was quite good. Your's sounds like a question of simple curiosity - if so it might get you started on an understanding (or if your curiosity doesn't go too deep, it might provide all the answer you want).
