help please

i got this problem i have this avs file that knot greated now i need to load it on virtuardub but i keep getting this error cannot determine file type of where i got the avs save please help out ,

I try that and it work fine now im fallowing the guide to for knot divx 5 pro im at the part where im have to frame serve but do I need to load one of the avi file that vurtuardub make when I try the 2 pass encoding from divx 5 pro it give me 2 avi files one small one big now im not sure what to do??
