DScaler is the only program I´ve found that can display
a PAL60 signal correctly (I have a wintv PVR)
And the problem with DScaler is that its not really
as advanced as VDub for capturing,
or atleast I cant find things like howto
set a lower resolution than full (7xx something).
That ofcourse makes it hard not to drop frames like mad.

So my question is, can you change the resolution in DScaler,
or is there any way to make VDub accept a PAL60 stream
the way DScaler does? (filters?)

Hiya,

You may wanna try using the drivers from

http://btwincap.sourceforge.net

If they work with your card the page mentions something about pal N which I think is pal60 the author being from south america. I have not tried these yet though.

Happy Betatesting ;)

Hi

To set the resolution in DScaler, go to the upper menu, choose settings/pixel width > and mark the frame width that you want.

I have an ATI TV Wonder VE with a NTSC tuner. I installed the drivers from http://btwincap.sourceforge.net and it works great. Now I am able to capture PAL M tv broadcast in real colors. This driver supports all kind of PAL.

Good Luck:)
