TMPGEnc and Chapters

I'm encoding my movie with TMPG. I open in FlasK or Xmpeg, select the subtitles and use AviSynth to server frames to TMPG.
How I can use my MPEG movie created on TMPG and a chapter xtractor and burn it ????
Which tool I have to use to extract the chapters from the movie and how to use and burn with my MPEG movie.
