Hello,
I'm still trying to get a decent VCD,
I installed the premiere plugin and got all the settings as in the guide.
When I hit the encode button I get this:
-- Output Format --
VideoCD System/PAL
-- Data Rate --
System : 1374 kbits/sec
(Video 1150, Audio 224)
-- MPEG1 Parameters --
Quantizer Matrix : Natural Image
GOP Sequence : 15 - 15 - 3
VBV Buffer Size : 40 KBytes
Pel Aspect : PAL/4:3
Motion Compensation : Half Pel
Forced Intra Frame : No
-- Image Filter --
Noise Reduction : None
Video Filte : None
Color Tone Correction : PC
Then I hit continue, it takes 3 seconds and then the program just closes.
Anybody any idea why this is?
I've got a P4 1.8Ghz, 256SDRAM, GForce 3.
Should work
PS: If I would ad 256RAM, whould this make a big difference in encoding time?
When I use the stand-alone encoder it says that some library isn't installed correct.
Could this also be the problem for the plugin?
