updated vorbis.dll

I have uploaded an updated vorbis.dll (based on latest CVS code) for HeadAC3he, which speeds up encoding by 10-20%. A following ICL compile will even be faster!

DA, is this taken from CDEX or Vorbis SDK ? I still dont understand what makes them different :( ..

The interface (and that is the big difference) is from A. Faber, so CDEX. But I am thinking of switching to the SDK one or making my own...(well either, I'll have to modify it)

The vorbis code (in my case) is from CVS, so most recent.

Just ran a quick sample and it does indeed live up to the performance claims from the guys over at Hydrogen.

It seems that maybe Vorbis RC4 might be right around the corner. The devs are doing wonderful work:)
