Too many problems.....TMPGenc

I know that you folks are so far ahead of me on this stuff, that most of the questions I post are so simple you laugh.
However....there are issues that I have experienced over the past three days that have brought my DVD burning to a halt. Is there any place I can call, write, e-mail, live-chat...etc...where I can ask a few questions of an expert so I can get this going again? Even if it costs a few bucks? I'm letting too much other stuff go down the tubes sitting in front of the computer cruising the forum. All I want to do is make some DVD's, now and then which usually have turned out to be "ice-scrapers" and now I can't even get that far.
Any help would be appreciated.

there's a tmpg faq on my site, a tmpg discussion forum on this very board and an irc channel for online help. I think that should be more than enough.

I've been at this for a week....I've looked at everything there is to look at, and read the forums at length.
Can't find any answers, or I wouldn't have posted my plea for help.

do you have xp? you can get a remote and someone can help like that! me i use dvd2svcd it dose it all by itself pop the movie put the settings and come back later and ready too burn.

Yep....have XP.
Yeah...my first two were easy as pie. Did the encoding thing....everything was great. Then suddenly POOF!
Can't do anything now, don't know what happened...and everything plays on Media Player.

you have win dvd? so if you have xp get someone too remote ass in your computer too see if you are all setup right?
