Encoding NTSC 2 Pal

I have 4 SVCDs that i want to transcode from NTSC to Pal. I also have the german Voicestreams right here

So, now I want to transcode the NTSC files into Pal.

I now want to know the right resolution options (isn't it 480x576 - this looks strange - eggheads! Wrong aspect, what should i do?)

I'm using dvd2avi with vfapi reader as a frameserver for virtualdub
now i set my settings
- change Frames from 23.967 to 25
- change Resolution from 480x480 to 480x576
Virtualdub now serves my cce via avisynth and codes... it codes and codes (.75 rt)
the stream looks great and such, but the aspect ratio is sh** it looks like "the coneheads"

can someone help me?

You could try to search the forum but I couldnt get it to work. If you cant get it to work try searching the board over at vcdhelp.com. I did and it came back with pages of stuff about this!!
