problem with TMPGenc [Archive]

yo there, i've followed the steps from www.doom9.org/mpg/tmpg-dvdencoding.htm but there are 2 problems: 1) i don't have the 'MAX number of frames in a GOP', and then when i click on force picture type setting, and i choose 'setting' and then i click on 'load', no TmpgTemplate.txt is found, i've looked into all hdds,

why i don't have this file that should have some settings?

also what about the audio? why on that guide it's just said how to do for video? i've noticed that sometimes if i set mpeg-2 video, with audio as well, it doesn't work out

is there an explanation for that?
