Multiplexing using bbMPEG

I have ran through the whole process of DVD2SVCD and have all the intermediate files. Now I want to make a single muxed file with all the video+audio as the bbMPEG muxed files by DVD2SVCD are being cut at points different than what I want.

I did a search and followed the DOOM9's guide "Multiplexing and splitting using bbMPEG - how to multiplex (S)VCD video and audio streams and split them into CD sized chunks" also. As per the guide when I do the multiplexing, the final file that I get can not be opened in Creative PC-DVD player although I can open the muxed files created by DVD2SVCD. I can open this new single huge file though in WinDVD & PowerDVD. While creating this file I set the Start Seconds, End Seconds & Max Size to 0. And choose the Pulleddown_NTSC file created by DVD2SVCD as the Video source and Extracted_audio_1.mp2 as the audio source.

I also double checked the "Program Stream Settings" tab, and approprietly choose SVCD as the stream type. Run as Batch was checked. And bbMPEG told me to watch out for PTS/DTS errors?????what's that????

Can someone tell me whatelse I need to takecare of so that I get the same kind of file as I get with DVD2SVCD but instead of getting 3 I want to get 1 file.
