PAL 2 NTSC conversion for DVD2SVCD

hello everybody!
i recognized that there is an option in dvd2svcd for converting NTSC movies into pal movies. but, i have plenty pal movies which i would like to convert back to original NTSC (like the buffy series or the tng movies). the reason is simple - the acceleration of 23,976 fps to 25, this you can hear. but, if you convert back, the sound would be in "original" speed. will there be an option in future?

Simply speaking DVD2SVCD cannot do this. You will need about four programs and it is a pain. I have done it in the past and for the most part it doesn't come out very good anyway.

I've tested it by feet on my self, I know it's hard (and at the end there was alway a/y asynch). And of course I know that DVD2SVCD isn't able to do it yet, this wasn't a question but a request for a new function. It would simply be a reverse function to the already implemented NTSC2PAL function.
