need to know which codec?

I haven't had much problems with needing specific codecs till now. I have berserk 1-2 (anime) and they playback on this computer but i don't know why. Because on everyother computer i play it back on it never works and i tried every divx codec i was aware of (3,4,5) and it's avi mp4 so .... I need to know which codec it is using how can i find out this kind of info?

Everytime i get close it just says mp4 lowmotion doesn't actually say div3 lowmotion or whateva..
