After ripping several DVD's succesfully to CD using DVDExtractor to bring the media to HD, then Xmpeg to encode to AVI and finally Windows Media Enoder 7.1 to encode to a small, universal format for CD usage, I've come to a problem.

Phantom Menace has several layers of both audio and video... and the video comes out on the HD all mixed together so you have a short clip of English media, then a short clip of Spanish, then others... this is noticable the moment you look for the opening deminishing perspective script prologue.

Does anybody have a good paper on a step by step english rip of this DVD? I figure after mastering this DVD, I should be able to rip just about anything!

Hi TyMac-

Step 1. Open SmartRipper
Step 2. Rip in Movie Mode.

Yeah, so long as it handles it better than it handles the matrix!!!
