?How to get AC3 from SVCD mpegs?

I don't see any guides on this. Is it possible to get AC3 stream from mpeg2 svcd allready encoded files? I want to try to make dvd-r out of 3 svcds. At least tell how to get wav from mpegs.

SVCDs don't contain AC3 streams. This is not possible by SVCD specification. Check doom9's SVCD to divx guide (http://www.doom9.org/svcd2divx.htm) on how to extract audio from SVCD.

I mean get the wave file and than encode it to AC3

The commercial software package from SurCode will encode to AC3 from WAV. SoftEncode is the name of the package.
