View Full Version : .avs files not recognised by VDub?

I've been trying to follow your Divx5 guide, and having come to the stage where I need to load my .avs file into VDub, VDub returns an error saying that it cannot determine the filetype of ***.avs.

The only way in which I haven't followed the guide is in the audio side of things; I wish to use an .ogg stream instead of .mp3 (I figure this shouldnt be a problem...?).

Can anybody offer any advice? I've tried numerous versions of VDub, and I am using Win2K w/Divx5Pro.

TIA,

All you need to do is to install avisynth. Look at the Doom9's download page for it and follow the instructions included in the readme file.
