Does anyone know how to increase the quality/resolution/sound of a divx movie ?

If there is a program for this pls let me know.

jggimi, Gordian Knot is for ripping.
I need something to increase the quality of a movie.
Can someone tell me where i can get a program to do this ?

Ok, let me be the one to spell it out then.

1) GordianKnot is a program that does (chains together) everything from ripping to encoding until the movie is finished.
2) You can't enhance an already encoded movie, because whatever you do to it the quality will always degrade.
