View Full Version : BeSweet 1.2 can't load Azid.dll

I have been reading a lot of posts, but I couldn't find the answer. I'm using Besweet 1.2, Azid 1.8 and BeSweet GUI 0.6b22. No matter what and how I try to encode from .lst to .mp3 it always gives this error (log file):
"can't find azid.dll or azid.dll is too old"
But azid.dll is "obviously" in the same folder than BeSweet, and I have no pb while encoding with azid from ac3 to mp3!
Anyone can help ?

hi jace :)
a. extract the BeSweet v1.2 archive into one directory, and then search for old versions of azid.dll on your hard drive and delete them.
b. the fact you have no problem with azid, is only relevant for azid.exe

Thx DSPguru !
I've already decompressed BeSweet into one directory and I'll delete all other versions of azid.dll.
But one question: why Besweet looks for other dll into my HD ? (and how ?)

Sorry, but your trick doesn't work...
I still got this bloody error. Maybe something can help you:
when trying to find the maximum gain with azid.exe, I got "overflow" now.
This drives me crazy :devil:

"Error 67: azid.dll wasn't found, or dll version is too old"
ps: I deleted all azid.dlls but still get this message :(

@Tuck2
you have a different problem.
the beta release archive (BeSweetv1.3b1.zip) doesn't include all dlls.
you need to download the full package (BeSweet v1.2).
@jace
donno how to help you.
