audio skew correction when using Ogg

Is this possible? When an ac3 is extracted using smartripper, it'll create a file with some xx ms in the file. How do I implement such in Ogg using graphedit. Thanks

you can convert the ac3 into skewed ogg with BeSweet.
follow the OggMachine link in my signature.
