DivX AC3 to WAV or MP2

I have some DivX movies with AC3 sound and I am trying to convert them to SVCD. Converting the movie is not a problem, but I am having a problems with the audio; the programs I use do not recognize the audio format.

What program can I use to rip the audio from the AVI file and convert it to either WAV or MP2.

you can extract the ac3 track of the avi using nandub, and then encode it to mp2/wav/mp3/ogg with BeSweet.
better suggestion :
download dvd2svcd and use its avi2svcd mode. it will do everything for u.
