TPMG and frameserving

I am trying to make permanent sub's the frameserving way in virtualdub, everything works fine until I try to load the .vdr file in TMPGenc, only the timeglas appears in TMPGenc, can not do anything but to stop TMPGenc by force. Any idea's ??

Try enviromental settings and dabble some with the priorities. Worked for me.
