what svcd prog to use?

i want to make vcds from a dvd movie, but I downlaoded the dvd2svcd pack, but then I have to pay money for the ecoder "CCE Sp".

Are there any other packs or programs for me to make svcd, easy turtorial and easy for newbies as well. and free

If you have downloaded the latest build of dvd2svcd you can use TMPGenc also. Dvd2svcd is made for making svcd's also so not sure if you meant you wanted to make svcd's

Well really if you want the best program that does it all dvd2svcd is the only choice;) so good luck there are some guides on here as well so try tho out and after that if you are having trouble then check back with us:) good luck!!
