There is a software that can check all frames from a downloaded movie and tell me if all frames are ok??? I donīt wanna burn a movie to CD with bad frame before fix them.

You say that you're looking for a proggie that can search for any frozen frames, right?
Yes. There is one - special version of VirtualDub that can search for frozen frames. There is also a small proggie that can fix that - AviDefreezer.
