I have several problems.
I have never had ANY problems with Gknot whatsoever. But now my Gknot's (2 pc's) are going crazy.
On one pc my 'now' button for the compressibility check doesn't light up anymore. So i can't do an compres check anymore :(
On the other pc I did a few rips after each other but now it won't add the audio anymore... :(
any ideas what may cause these problems?

Did you install DivX5 ? If so, it is a known problem and "hopefully" will be resolved in the next release of Gknot. If you scan the message board there are several ways to try and work around the comp check issue and if you follow Doom's guide it will have you use nandub to add the audio in at the end of the process since gknot can't do it automatically at this time.

Nope I don't have divx 5 installed :(
What else could cause these problems then?

Rennie,
Sorry, I don't know. If I come across something I will post it here.

maybe you accidentally deleted the last comp check avs file in the GKnot directory ... or you moved directories and forgot to tell GKnot where nandub is located. have you tried uninstalling and re-installing?

I am sure it has nothing to do with deleting comp check for i am very sure i didn't do that. I even tried ripping it again.
And i have tried reinstalling also several times as you suggested but it still doestn' work :(
Could it be something in the registry that stays in there even when i unistall Gknot?

don't know ... try using Gknot to delete all registry keys before uninstalling, if that doesn't work ... maybe you need something drastic like an OS install ... ouch ;)

gknot can't find nandub.exe in that case. just open the "encoding control panel", encoder-tab, and point to the right file.
adding audio is not possible without nandub as well...
