about problem with output file size.....

when i use virtualdub, why i get a list of output file in test.00.avi, test.01.avi, test.02.avi.....

i want to select the range i want to output but somehow it cant process the whole into one big file, instep of that it decided itself strip it into a list of output file and with about 185MB each file, can someone tells me why?? by the way i use segmented save

also i want to put the subtitle into the avi and burn it into CD to become VCD, can i use virtualdub?? becas i relise that everyone use mpeg file to save vcd, bt virtualdub use avi to be the output.......

how to save the result file into mpeg??

If you use segmented save you'll indeed get a lot of small movies. Choose "Save AVI" to get one big file.
To select only a part of the movie use the slider and the start ("[")and end ("]") offset buttons.
