CD Change at chapter end???

Is it possible to cut the CDs at the end of a chapter instead of cutting at the file size level with DVDSVCD 1.0.7 b4 ???

Does anyone point me to a guide to do it manually if it's not possible with DVD2SVCD? (I have choosen not to delete the temporary files, so I have all the files created by DVD2SVCD during the whole process).
