Aspect Ratio and minidvd transcoding

hi to everybody
i hope that someone can help me with problem
when i transcode with ReMpeg a ripped dvd to 352x576 the output mpeg file seems just fine with correct aspect ratio(to be precise it fills the entire screen i am talking full screen in powerdvd)
everything would be just fine if i could import subs in dvd maestro but no such luck
So i have to transode the video through flaskmpeg or dvdx following the following method dvdx(flaskmpeg)->resize(352x576??????)->aviwrapper->cce But the output it is just 352x576 and when i play it on powerdvd(full screen) it is just a centered portion of the screen
So the question is how i transcode using the above method and still get a full screen like Rempeg

sorry is anybody outhere who makes mini dvd or i am doing something wrong and none replys

Make sure you turn off "Keep aspect ratio" in Flask -- otherwise it will try to outsmart you and change the actual display size within your 352x576 output window... The DAR you set in CCE will make sure the aspect ratio is correct.
