Ok now i read a lot about resize in DVD2SVCD (Frameserver) and i use simple resize - the fastet version with CCE...

but why there are the other versions present to chose - are the other metode more better??? what are the differents ???

Do a search. Read the forum. Include the Avisynth forum as well. This topic is widely covered and complex.
Basically I like Bicubic myself over all the others.

Same here
Bicubic is good enough for me (using 0.60)
I dont need speed i want quality better a few more hours of encoding then a fast rip and bad quality.
